Groups According to Age:

We have two age group of children. The younger group are known as The Caterpillars. The group of children who will attend primary school in September are known as 'The Butterflies'. The butterfly group have special responsibilities and participate in challenging activities. They take part in activities such as preparing snack and regularly attending the local school  etc.

Key Group:

This is the group the children are assigned because of the days they attend. Each child is assigned a key person who will work with the child at least twice a week. These group names are based on the key person's name and an animal starting with the same phonic sound (alliteration) for example 'Kara's Koala'.

Groups According to Ability:

We have several different ability groups. This enables us to carry out small group activities that are aimed at the children because they are capable of achieving this stage rather that their age.
