This is the usual routine for a typical day however we are very flexible.

8.30 am               Breakfast club- we provide a range of cereals and other breakfast food items, served with a drink.

9.00 am               Doors are open, Morning children are welcomed in, Children self-register (placing their name cards to the board) & Parents/Carers settle their child to an activity.

9.05 am               On selected days of the week we take a group of children to join the reception classes phonic session.

9.10 am               Register Time – We start with a dance to get all our wiggles out before the children's take a seat on the main carpet, then we sing a song to each child (involving their name) with a prop that is passed around.

9.20 am                Small Group Time - A group of children chosen according to ability and specialist groups are taken into the corridor to carry out activities.

                              Free Play Activities (Covering all 7 areas of learning) indoors and outside.

11.00 am              Tidy Up Time – The tidy up song is played and the children tidy away the toys.

                             End Circle - We have a short circle time on the large mat.

11.15 pm              The afternoon children use the toilet, wash their hands before butterflies and school dinners head to the school canteen.

12.00 pm              The parents collect the morning children..

1.00pm                 Afternoon children arrive and the garden is opened.

                            Snack Bar – Staff members encourage the children to use the toilet, wash their hands, choose a snack from the healthy options provided by us and pour a drink of either milk or water.

1.30 pm                Tidy Up Time – The tidy up song is played and the children tidy away the toys.

                             End Circle - We have a short circle time on the large mat.

                              All the children brush their teeth.

2.00 pm               Home Time for the full day children.

3pm/3.30pm        Home time for the afternoon children.

                            Snack Time - We provide a healthy option of snacks for the children to choose from along with the option of milk or water.

4pm                     Home Time for all the remaining  children.
